Training & Placement

The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering is NAAC accredited with an approved intake of 60 students and an overall student strength of around 240. The department is supported by 16 qualified faculty members and maintains a well-established department library with a rich collection of technical and personality development books.

The department nurtures talented students with strong technical knowledge and excellent soft skills. A significant number of final-year students consistently maintain a CGPA of 7.5 and above without any history of arrears, while the remaining students also demonstrate consistent academic performance.

As an autonomous institution, the department offers placement-oriented courses in addition to the regular curriculum. One-credit placement courses are conducted from the third to the sixth semester covering technical subjects, aptitude, logical reasoning, communication skills, group discussions, coding practices, and personal interview preparation.

Students actively participate in national and international conferences, research activities, technical competitions, workshops, and innovation events. They also demonstrate leadership skills by organizing various technical and non-technical programmes within the campus.

The department is committed to producing industry-ready Electronics and Communication Engineers equipped with technical excellence, professional ethics, innovation, communication skills, and leadership qualities.
